Deep Rest Guided Meditation for Bedtime Relaxation

Try this guided meditation before bed, or when you want to take a reset and marinate in some deep rest.

We set an intention, tune into the breathing, and then methodically relax each area of the body.

Guided relaxations were my entrance into the meditation world and I hope that the peace and calm it brought me is passed along to you!
