Meditation eases anxiety & depression, increases focus, improves memory & helps us respond instead of react.

Calm the body, focus the mind, and practise coming back to the present moment – with a guide, meditating is easy!

With 13 years of my own meditation practise and a yoga teacher certification – I am thrilled to share the tools of meditation with you.

Host a group meditation (available virtually anywhere & in Winnipeg for group sessions only) or book me for a virtual one to one session.
