Guided Meditations

Guided Meditations allow you to ease into meditations with a tour guide.

Meditation isn’t emptying the mind, it is bringing the mind to a place of calm and focussing it in one direction. Guided meditations allow the listener to reap the benefits: lowering stress, raising self awareness and even decreasing blood pressure just to name a few – but with the comfort of a guide.
