We debrief the What You Need to Know and then dive right in with a beginner friendly yoga class clocking in around 10 minutes.

This class was designed to nicely compliment any strength training you’re already doing.
Follow along in this 12 minute yoga class, where we link breath and movement. It’s beginner friendly – all you need is yourself and a mat!

(Mini) CLASS with Love
Low Back Loosen
This mini-class is only 5 minutes long, and offers 5 stretches that will have your low back singing.
Practice these stretches daily for best results, either in the AM or in the PM when you’re catching up on a favourite show. Screenshot @ the end to save the practice for later!

Two Minute Mini
This mini-class is only 2 minutes long, and gets the whole body moving.
Practice these stretches daily for best results, as a quick way to energize or reset!

Breath Reset
A two minute mini-meditation to practice deep belly breathing.
Designed to build a muscle memory of deep breathing for chronically shallow breathers.

CLASS with Love
Beginner Meditator
A 10 minute mini-class to set you up with the basics of meditation.
The first half of this mini class walks you through the meditation basics, including: what do I do with my hands?!? and… what if I can’t stop thinking?! The last half of the class is a guided meditation using the above 3 steps.
My hope is that this course will provide you with the framework to build your own meditation practice, no guide required!
