Come into the body by taking a few deep breaths.
In through the nose, and out the mouth as if you’re blowing out a candle.
Twice more on your own timing.
In … and out.
In … and out.
Imagine the waters of your mind for a moment.
The water is calm, peaceful.

Allow yourself a moment of complete peace in the mind.
Take a deep breath to bring that calmness in through the rest of your day.
