Restore Calm: A Three-Minute Guided Meditation with the Physiological Sigh

A physiological sigh is a simple breathing exercise, that is said to lower stress, improve your mood, and restore a feeling of calm.

Try the physiological sigh for yourself: take a deep inhale followed by a short second inhalation, and then an extended exhalation.
